DCC Receive on mIRC not working

I am having problems receiving DCC requests on mIRC. I have ignore all turned off and followed the setup to make sure it has my correct IP etc but whenevr anyone tries to send me a file over DCC I never get the pop-up dialog box to accept it.

If I go into the STATUS window I see the command that someone is sending me a file. It is not ignored, I just dont get the pop-up box.

I am using a router (DSL-504) and have tried setting my PC in the DMZ but still it wont work

So I get the request fine and it is NOT ignored....

Anyone got any ideas why I dont get the pop-up box ??

are you runnign any firewall software ?

Only Norton Internet Security but I get the same problem with everything turned off...

Hmmm, I may have a look at the pop-ups config file within IRC in case its become corrupted. This may be why a pop-up box is not appearing when I get this command.

Cant do it till tonight tho

is autoaccept incomming DCC's on?
Can you send files out with no problems?

Auto accept been tried and not working.

Sending seems to work fine

can u send to the person that cant send to you. it may be a problem with their setup.

SOrted... I forgot to remove an "ignore all dcc" thing when there was an exploit floating around :rollleyes:
