The thing is iam tied into a 12month contract......god damn it.

I am with Freedom to Surf (F2S) and have been for nearly 3 years. Used to be great - fast and responsive Customer service - then they ;sold out' and were bought up by PIPEX - now the Customer Service is non-existant - it is a good service as long as it does not break and so far I have been lucky, but my pal with F2S has been having a nighmare for about 5 weeks now....... I guess we get what we pay for - budget price=budget service... sad but getting truer every day.
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.
The problem with pipex is they charge 23.44 which is pretty steep by todays standards - and the cs is still dire
I left Pipex because of all this. Typical case of a company getting too big and out of control, they used to be great
