    Plusnet line not working

    My Plusnet ADSL line is not working (i'm having to use my Nildram line to write this). It won't authenticate (start PPP). Anyone else having problems? It's pretty useless to try and call Plusnet or send them an e-mail as nothing happens!

    I just checked the status page. They put up a message this evening saying that some users using the Tiscali network will not be able to connect. I must be on the Tiscali network I guess.

    Here's an update. The problem appears be a Tiscali LLU issue. Here's a thread that provides more information on ADSLguide:
