Hmmmm - I know some of them are telnet manageable - would it be possible to script something and then run the script every couple of hours? Out of interest why do you want to do this anyways? I'd prefer as little downtime on my connection as possible!
There is an error with my isp atm where after 2 hours or so it gets flooded with NAT tables and speeds crawl to 1kb per sec. but a reboot fixes this. So when im not about etc and i could run this automatically so it could go back to normal. If that makes sense

Your router probably supports SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)
I did a google search for the SNMP commands needed to to a remote reboot and did not find anything usefull, but you may have more luck.
