    Wireless Performance Advice

    Can somebody with some experience tell me how a notebook equipped with:

    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG With Up to 54Mbps

    Will perform wireless with

    1) Online Browsing
    2) Online Downloading - music
    3) Online Gaming (BF2 or WoW)

    I am used to a wired 2MB BT broadband link.

    Wireless networks have come a bit of a way as regards to high pings on games. I play on a wireless network with no problems at all, sometimes I even get better pings in games than friends who are using cable.
