Need some advice as I believe the wireless AP part of my Belkin F5D7633uk4A wireless router/ADSL modem seems to have gone tits up.

The wireless network is there one second and gone the next (see Network Stumbler pics below). It worked fine in the past. I have tried disabling wireless security so I know this isn’t an issue (plus I know to setup wireless security anyway).

We have three computers here all with Belkin cards which show the same behaviour. Client side I have tried performance enhancements disabled (Afterburner and XPress), 54g Protection Mode enabled, Power Output 100%, Power Save Mode disabled, Roaming Decision distance optimized and even Bluetooth Collaboration enabled. I haven’t messed with the RTS and Fragmentation threshold.

I don’t have any problems connecting via Ethernet so this is definitely a wireless issue. I have even unplugged my cordless phone just in case. Router is on latest firmware and I have reset it to factory default.

Time to contact Belkin?
