Good riddance. Wish I'd done it about a year ago.

Most routers do what they say on the box - however the support from some of the cheaper suppliers can be iff. The Draytek 2800 is very good, but expensive (look on Google for best buys) and I had good results/support from MRi, but they are hard to find. The various ones Acan sell will probably do the job, but I have no experience with them. The Speedtouch range have a good reputation too.

If you are on ADSL Max and line conditions are marginal, go for the Draytek.

As you havent suggested a price range its difficult to make a single suggestion, however if you are looking at the cheaper end of the market the something from Netgear or Linksys would be a good buy. However, they do not compare in quality to something like the Draytek Vigor range - see Zak33s post for the changes it made to his internet connection (though admittedly, he is still having problems).

Edit - Hexus did a review/comparison with the draytek - linky
