Ive got a Zyxel 660 and it allows you to block using keywords to specific pc's on your net. For example, I have the kids pc's as 192.168.0.9 and 192.168.0.10 and these 2 specific IP addresses have a list of words as long as your arm that block a webpage if tehy are encountered. Costs about £70 and comes with a pci/usb/pcmcia network card as well. Pretty sure Scan had them on special the other day.

I can thoroughly recommend the NetGear DG834PN, I have one and it is rock solid, I got one for my brother-in-law and he is very happy with it, and now four other people have got them based on my recommendation and all are very pleased. I have been running the DG835PN for about 8 months now. Everyone I know seems to be very pleased with it.

My DG835PN replaced a 2 1/2 year old DG834G - which is still alive and well and running another friend's home network.
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.

    Draytek.

Expensive but well worth it if you can stretch to the cost. Superb support and rock-solid stability.

    Little bit out there but.....

Wireless Access point and a cheap PC (very cheap, ebay £30 sort of thing) running IPCop+USB ADSL2 modem.

Well under 150 and by far the most cunstomisable solution, also the most power consuming.

    Just a alternative to draytek.

I agree with draytek, i just bought a vigor2800 to replace my old 2600. So i've been using draytek for a while now. They've both been rock solid and it has all the firewall and website blocking options you'll need.

They are a bit pricey, but i've had bad experiences with cheap belkin and linksys alternatives.

i wouldnt recomend the Zyxel 660HW. i used to have one of those (still do kinda) and it is rubbish. constantly restarting its self and you cant turn the firewall on as it is too much for it to handle.

Ive recently got a Billion 7404VGO and it is MUCH better, a lot more features too! although the firewall is a little tricky to set up as it blocks everything - a good think i suppose though.
