What is this!!

As the title says, this started happening yesterday when i logged on to pc, it appears to be my router i think.
I have xp pro with two pc's networked via the router.

looks like its just the router talkin to the pc - maybe working out a nat config or something

Right, so why would it just start doing this yesterday and today, after being up and running for about 6 months, just curious.
