    Internet cuts out/router crashes

    hi, i've had this problem ever since i got a linksys BEFW11s4 router basically every time i try to stream audio or video from some sites(NFL.com/bbc.co.uk for the live raido) and some others it will just cut out and i need to reset it to get my Internet back, i've tried connecting direct to the NTL modem and it all works just fine so i know its the router thats the problem, i've updated to the latest firmware and it's still the same) and i've had this problem on all 3 PC's.

    has anyone got any ideas what it could be? i've asked on the live help part of the linksys site but he was no help tbh.

    thanks

    What features are enabled on the router? Is UPnP enabled (if it's an option). It's possible that something is gobbling up memory or is just unstable, leading to your woes.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Check for firmware upgrates, almost everything made my linksys seems to have one or two week points, espeshaly the modem/routers, mine gets pretty unstable under heavy load, but use it with a WRT54G AP and its alot better. Upgrade the firmware if you can, see if it still does it, also when your internet cuts out, check the log on the router.
