zone alarm update

i have zone alarm (non pro)

and it says i need to update it (seebelow)



i click "YES" but it still comes up next time

-why has it not actually updated its self
- how iomportant is it to update
- can i downoad the update manualy ??

-all i can see to download is the whole think :s - not gud on 56k
