is there any hidden cathes with this sky broadband thing then? me an avid gamer wants a good line with no ping flucuation and all the normal, my flatmate being a naive person thinks that all isp are the same for games LOL i have told him thats bs and that 13 quid tiscali really are not that good, so we want sky in our flat.. we also want broadband, is it worth it or should i get a seperate isp to sky..

and do i need a bt line or is it all a sky thing? i knwo i could go on the sky site but i belive you guys know the inside and out about this so will tell me the truth lol

To get ADSL requires a phone line (BT), unless you have cable, but that is broadband over cable.

For Sky you will need an ADSL line, they can be cheaper ISP if you have expensive Sky package.

The same is for Orange package.

so is it a worth it or give it a miss type thing and get a dedicated line?
