Ive got the T-Mobile WebNWalk Pro contract.

For the last 72 hrs I am unable to get on the internet with it - even though Ive changed none of the settings on my end.

What it seems to do is connect up to their servers, but then I receive no data at all. So cant ping, or load webpages or anything.

Reception in this area is fine and I have been using it at this location for the last 2 months without problem.

Currently connecting through a Dell 5505 Wireless Broadband card, but I have also tried it with the bundled Option Globetrotter card and it comes up with the same result.

I have called up their tech support and have a ticket open, its been 48hrs and have not heard anything yet - They say 24-72hrs, so got one more day to wait.

I was wondering if anyone here is having the same problem.
