    Switching Max ISP's

I'm moving from Nildram to IDNet and I was just wondering when I start on my new ISP, do you have to do the max speed trial again?

Life in the fast lane is just how it seems

Probably not as all the lines are supplied by BT wholesale who must keep a record on what connection was where... or am I too optimistic again?

In my experience (Plus Net to Eclipse) it took a while for Eclipse to pick up the correct speed but I got a good rate from the first day and was alot less painful than the initial switch to MaxDSL.

I play WoW a lot and Nildram have poor routing back from the Telia servers (WoW Servers) which causes a lot of dissconnections.

Also Usenet speeds have gone down the pan
