Which phone provider (BT, NTL etc..)

We need to setup a phoneline at our community centre. They previously had a BT line. Would it be chepaer to go with BT again or NTL?
We are also going to setup a broadband connection for an IT suite (12pc's)
    Thanks

If you can get cable - might be cheaper, especially if you can go with something like telewest - their broadband packages are up to about 10mb if you so require

NTL are usually cheaper..but be prepared you get what you pay for They are normally fine but if you get any problems don't expect any support what-so-ever
