    Migration and charges

I migrated from Nildram to Zen Internet on the 22nd November after being with Nildram for about 2ish years and noticed that on the 4th November, I'd still got charged by Nildram.

I was under the impression (and I'm fairly sure this happened when i migrated from Wanadoo to Nildram) that when migrated, the direct debits are cancelled.

I've heard something about them refunding it once they've taken it out or something. Anyone know anything about this?

I'd rather see if anyone knows anything on here before spending soul-sapping time on the Nildram customer service line

If the direct debit has gone out and it shouldn't have, then talk to your bank. Under the direct debit guarantee, you're due a full refund.
