DrayTek Vigor2100V? Feeback? Alternatives?

Hi Guys,

I'm currently shopping around for a new 4 or more LAN port wired router that has VoIP capabilities. My internet provider is Telewest 10meg Broadband (Cable) and I currently have a standard wired Netgear RP614 v3 for sharing the internet connection to a total of 4 Pc's. Unfortunately as this router only has four ports it doesn't leave any room for other devices without complicating things by adding a switch and possibly an ATA. So I'm looking for a good, reliable and easy but highly configurable replacement.

I've had a look around and the DrayTek Vigor2100V (information: here) seems to suit my needs very well. It has 4 LAN Ports and a good setup for VoIP. I haven't however heard of DrayTek before coming across this product and while it gets good reviews I was wondering if a few people with experience with there products and if possible the 2100V in particular could supply some feedback before I shell out £90 odd on it.

I'm also looking for suggestions on alterative products that would meet my needs, so if anyone has any please let me know!

Type "Draytek" or "Vigor" into the search box at the top - you'll find almost a cult following on the forums :)
They are very reliable, packed with features, constant firmware updates with new features, and EXCELLENT support :)

You cant go wrong with them :)
Im thinking of getting a 2910 for my new Cable connection, although this Linux based WRT54 is giving me the giggles at the moment. Linux firmware is fun ! :)

Thanks for the reply. Did try some searches but didn't find much, obviously I was too specific. Thanks for the heads up though, looks very promising.

Anyone have the 2100V?
