    Question LLU Migration Charge? How is it free Migration if i have to pay £55?

    I am thinking about Switching from Nildram to Aquiss as i like the look of the packages,
    but it says all over there web site "Free Migration" but when i go to order the package it come up

    LLU Migration Charge : GBP £ 55.00 inc VAT

    Can some one explain please, before i call them on Monday..

    Sent you a PM about this earlier Malice - essentially they are moving you from LLU back to the standard BT system - this costs them money, and they pass the cost on to you. If you were moving from one BT ADSL provider to them the migration would be free.
