    Angry NTL webmail

Is it just me or has NTL webmail recently been even more unreliable than my rear end after a curry night

It's really driving me up the wall.

Every time I try and log on, I get the session timed out message.

    Anyone else constantly getting this?

for about 6 weeks I couldn't log on at all to webmail, then it just fixed itself.
A friend had their connection completely destroyed end of last week and had to do the computer provisioning all over again, after calling an 0871 number to get the new password that NTL had decided on their own to create.
It's coming up to the end of my year's discount with them and after failing yet again to get interactive to work just to check the premiership table, I really don't know why I go off to Sky (actually, losing my email address is probably the only reason).

    Thanks for your reply snedger.

The other thing that gripes me is no SSL support for their webmail either.

It's all nice offering 50Mbit cable connections but if you can't even get your mail services functioning to a reasonable spec, it's not exactly promising, is it?

If you refresh the webmail page and it gives you a timed out message and asks you to login, just press the back button a few times and it brings you back to the page of emails and logs you back in without you having to put your details in.
