Erm, what the hell

Yo guys,

Noticed recently that broadbands really slow. Checked on my router and saw that the line speed was...a total of...160kbps :O

Did a line test...and it came out as 90kbps! I'm meant to be on 2mb! What in the name...bloody BT broadband. I've no idea how to procceed except ringing em and no doubt they'll be pain...has anyone got any insight?

If you go over your limit on BT broadband, they cut your speed until the end of the month. However, since the month has only just started, I'm not too certain...
