    Karoo alternatives.

    I don't know if there's anyone else here from the hull region. But have karoo participated in the LLU so that you can choose another ISP.
    I am getting absolutely shafted on price and service from KC ADSL (kingston communications) and desparately want to take advantage of the offers that everyone else seems to be doing at the moment.

    You are out of luck here mate. As far as I know , there isn't really any other options. Unless you can change your phone line to a different company.

    You can try this website:
    http://www.samknows.com/broadband/phoneno.php

    that'll tell you if your local exchange is llu enabled or not .

    Well, the regs say Karoo has to allow other operators to use the exchanges (I believe). However, they charge so much more than BT that no companies bother.

    That was the score last time I checked, anyway. I live in Bristol now, and put up with Karoo's terrible service whenever I happen be in Hull.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();
