New Arrival - Beating the spring rush

Delighted to announce - as of 12th February 2011 at 4.23am - the birth of our latest, Tyler Mercer.

Born after just two hours of labour, and less than ten minutes of pushing, Tyler arrived at a grand weight of 8lbs (just shy tbh, but who's counting?).

Both baby and mother are back at home being doted on by the rest of the family.

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments..Geek award goes to Iron Sites, who I now challenge to do better (although I should point out that given this one is my fourth, it's more of a multi bonus than an achievement unlocked)...

Finally settled on a name for baby...who shall henceforth be known as Tyler.

I would have been back in sooner, but I've mostly been sleeping - making the most of my paternity leave.

Thanks to Sair & Zak especially. Sair, I'm slightly more proud of the child than the photos. Slightly.

I hate the way the world views anyone who thinks of a kid as cute as some pedobear, but that's a very odd comment. Why would you want to save pictures of someone elses kids to your hard drive?
