Sleep suits with scratch mitts 6+ months

Does anyone know which places sell sleep suits with scratch mitts at 6+ months?

Other than Jojo maman bebe everywhere else seems to stop making sleep suits with them
    for anything above 6 months.

Perhaps of limited use, but we found socks actually worked really well.

we found not using them works quite well, as it hurts she soon stopped it

wrap em in cotton wool and they will never toughen up
