Core 2 Duo System for £440

I have just built this system on scan, I would be grateful for peoples thoughts, as I have not purchased it yet. Any opinions or ideas would be great, it is used as an office machine.

    1 LN15047 Intel Core 2 Duo E6300, Socket 775, 1.86 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, Allendale Core, 2MB Cache, Retail £95.00 £111.63

    1 LN15258 Gigabyte GA 965P-S3 iP965, S775, PCI-E (x16), DDR2 533/667/800, SATA II, SATA RAID, ATX £55.29 £64.97

    1 LN15618 17" Daewoo HL720AD Black TFT, DVI/VGA, 1280x1024, 8 ms, 500:1, 300 cd/m2, Speakers £74.95 £88.07

    1 LN11571 250 Gb Western Digital WD2500KS Caviar SE16, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 16MB Cache, 8.9 ms £37.95 £44.59

    1 LN11094 1Gb Corsair Value Select, DDR2 PC5300 (667), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 5-5-5-15 £37.99 £44.64

    1 LN16564 LiteOn DW1670-488C Black 16x DVD±RW x12 Ram Dual Layer DVD-Writer OEM £14.99 £17.61

    1 LN14148 64Mb (256Mb) XFX 6200LE Turbocache 333MHz GDDR, GPU 350MHz, 2 Pipes, D-Sub/DVI-I/S-Video £16.25 £19.09

    1 LN16907 Antec NSK4400 ATX MiniTower, inc Hi-Efficiency 380W ATX12v v2.0 £39.00 £45.83

    1 LN12186 80mm Sharkoon 2000 "Golf Ball" Quiet 17.8 dB(A) Case Fan - 22.7 CFM £3.99 £4.69

    Net Total £375.41

Carriage: Parcel: All Day Delivery by 17:30 £0.00
    V.A.T £65.70 TOTAL £441.11

I would like it to stay around this price, perhaps up to £450 but no more, would all the bits work ok together?

    Many thanks

    Matt

Substitute the E6300 for a E4300 as it runs cooler. Also an aftermarket fan will be quieter than the stock Intel one!!

Also the 6200LE is quite a weak graphics card.A standard 6200TC or 6500 is better and cheaper!

Without carriage this comes to around £445 and is a slightly better system than what you have originally specified. However some of the bits are only on offer until the end of today so you may have to hurry!!
