    Formatted Hdrive Size?

    does anyone have a link to a quick chart of hardrive formatted space?

    e.g if u buy a 160gb drive what is the actual size you will get once formatted.

    For starters, a 160gig drive is really 149GB counted the proper way.

    I don't know how much the NTFS volume information takes, but i don't think it is a lot.

    I seem to think that 143GB is about right for your final volume size.
