Zapped myself.
Was turning a PC on and had my arm resting over the top and my hand was dangling over the back of the PC. The PSU was faulty and I I turned it on it blew and a huge flash came out the back of it, hit me and knocked me back !
Also blown an A-Bit board and Duron 900 processor due to the board being faulty.

Albatron 845P motherboard was the most recent thing....
Also an AthlonXP 2100+ by overclocking/over volting it too much.
I've killed many many many things in the past but I did build a fair few PC's before I learnt how to avoid killing things.
Blown an entire system apart from RAM and graphics card once when my crappy PSU blew in my Duron 700 system (a couple of years ago now).
Tha probably was the most memorable one as I heard a loud bang and saw smoke coming from my PC. :P

Strangly enough I havent blown anything up this year, which is surprising the way I handle my hadware when upgrading lol
In the past ive wasted the following hardware :
Antec 550 watt PSU
3 Socket 7 mobos
Crucial PC2700 SDRAM
Abit Siluro Geforce 2 MX 400
Leadtek Geforce 3

Ive blown up my old 300w PSU, which also blew up my old Pentium 3 no name motherboard. And recently, my Leadtek 4800se has been F***ed and looks like its gonna blow.

225w psu recently when testing my b0rked nf7-s - after a few restarts it started making a niose like a seal and then turns off after 2 secs...
nf7-s rev1.1 mobo - not dead, i think. the bios chip is corrupty needs reflashing. doesnt help the fact that i took the bios chip out and forgot where it got put..
160gb sata maxtor - died after a few hours, rma and new one is fine. methinks the delivery ppl b0rked it
stick of pc100 128mb ram, b0rked itself after a year in dads pc...
j-530bf (socket 7 mobo for my k6-2 350) - l2 cache is b0rked and disapeared so it crashes randomly...
so not too much; but soon to die:
1700+ @ 2.3ghz 1.9v
9700np @ 450/315 1.75vgpu
nf7-s rev2 @ 225fsb
256mb pc2700 and 256mb pc3200 @ 225fsb 2.59v 2.5-3-3-7

one 350W Hiper PSU went bang as soon as I flicked "on"...other than that I've been pretty lucky, it's all worked.
One on my ys-tech fans is starting to sound buggered though, sadly.
Bit of a lightweight post
:P

A athlonxp 2500+, dunno what happened to it just stopped wroking after a few days, RMA saved the day. A 300 watt PSU took a turn for the worst and my old microsoft mouse took a bit of abuse while playing many games, it was held together with sticky tape in the end.

epox 8k3a+ board
105 dvd-rw
maxtor 80 gig HDD
rad 9000 AWI
about a million mice and keyboards...

My pc (one in sig) has had no accidents this year.
My mums PC on the other hand is still annoying me because i dont know what does and doesn't work. At the moment i think we have:
1 blown PSU
2 broken mobos
1 Athlon 800 mhz
1 stick of ram
1 hdd
Got all replacements and it still doesn't work :(

Lets see, a -
NF7-S
xp1800
and a 5gb hdd
not too much, which im quite happy with
-
I blew up a glass bowl full of water with sum rhubidium.
... OH, u meant computers.....
I melted a ATI Rage Pro 4Mb
-
I blew up a £3000 printer once.
BEAT THAT!
-
I've blown nothing! (I'm a hetero male ;))
-
Lets see
Epox 8k7A and a generic 300W PSU - stupid motherboard manufacturers it's own 3.3V line from the 5V one instead of using the one from the PSU. Burnt out every 5V connector on the ATX plug.
Bluetooth key - cheap one that windows stopped recognizing at all.
CrystalFontz 20x4 display - burned out the backlight by accidentally using 12v instead of 5v
-
Thermaltake 420w PSU
P4 1.8 Northwood Processor
Intel Celeron 2.0 Processor
Epox 4PEA+ Motherboard
Not to bad, though not too good either!

Nothing this year touch wood.
Biggest ever was building a batch of PC's at a place I used to work, old Pentium 133's with AT PSU's, where the mains is wired to the switch on the front.
I reached down and grabbed a power lead from the big box of them (boss was stingy and wouldn't let me use the ones that came with them - they have to look nice for the customer) but didn't realise i'd grabbed an ancient Tulip one that was direct wired (no fuse). Also didn't know that whatever monkey had put the case/PSU together had got the live an neutral the wrong way round on the switch.
I plugged it in and turned it on and... OW ! Took out the power for all four businesses in our half of the industrial unit. It actually blew the mains wire out from behind the trunking in between the sockets in the room I was in. Blew me across the room and up onto the worktop, lots of smoke, some coming from my hair... not nice :(
