So for maximal overclockng stability of an e4300 which would be better

650i (asus p5n-e) OR (Abit IN9 650i)
Asus P5B OR P5B-E
GigaByte S3 OR DS3

P5B deluxe wifi, although you may need to get the bios flashed before it is sent to you, so that it works with the 4300, unless you have a spare 775 cpu that you can use to do the bios flash.

As long as you dont need sli or want to do the 1066 BSEL mod then I'd have to agree with Clunk.
