usb pci card with NEC chipset.

I'm struggling to find what i'm after - that is a usb2.0 pci card with the NEC chipset, preferably with front usb connector (ie a 3+2 setup).
I currently have an ALI chipset one of these, and its not playing nice with my ICH2 (intel) usb chipset. However the ali one works fine with my other pc (AMD with usb provided by VIA).

Does anyone know where i can get one of these from, or had similar problems with ICH2 and ALI and managed to solve it?
