    Getting data off a dying HDD

    anyone know any reliable and good ways of doing this - seems my freecom NAS drive (1 year old) is dying, i need to get the data off as some of it is critical and i dont have backups

    How is it dying?

    Just copy and paste the info onto a safe drive, then back it up. If you are having problems reading the data, then you probably want a data recovery program like getdataback.
