    Which Conroe Based Mobo?

Im looking at upgrading to a Conroe based system in the near future.

Im unsure of what Mobo to go with though, i currently have a 7950GX2 which i will be moving over to the new system.

I also need Dual Lan support and would like to leave open the possibility of SLi support for Quad SLi.

    Any ideas?

Budget wise im not too fussed tbh, i've been looking at the 650i based stuff myself.

Needs to have good clocking functions too.

Whats the main differences between 650i and 680i?

Also been looking at the AMD r600 based boards, but im a bit wary of running a Nvidia card on them :S

You shouldn't have a problem running a single nVidia gfx card on RD600 but SLI ...
Not sure about an 7950GX2 though.

I'm looking at building an 680i system v soon from Scan. Either the eVGA or ECS. Pretty much the same price. Does anyone have any preference?

None really yet, unless you count SLI.

It's exactly the same board just with different stickers in a different box.
eVGA cs looks to be more responsive though.
