    Alphacool 240 Complete Kit

Can anyone help me I just rang up scan to ad this item to my order

because the one supplied with the water kit was for the pop on type motherboards, aka where you can screw it on but my motherboard has those hoops 2 of them around the chipset where it uses a tension mechanism to hold the cooler on.

So by adding that item above have I solved my problem? The thing that plays on my mind is does it come with the stuff to secure it to the rings on the motherboard? Can anyone help me on that?

    cheers!

Okay a quick amendment, scan couldn't find the product listed above in the mass of a warehouse nevermind I got this block as an alternative.

One slight problem is my motherboard only has 2 mounting hoops will this fit ok, my assumption is it will I will just have 2 extra supports hanging off with no use is this assumption correct.

    Cheers all!

For some reason, your links arent showing, that might be why you havent had any replies.

Use IMG tags instead of html

Are you saying that you need a chipset block with the hook fittings instead of the nut and bolts?

The block in the link looks to be a standard fitting and not the intel hook type.

sorry nevermind it was just me and my poor eyesight the kit included the mounting hardware for intel motherboards.

One major problem however, the mounting kit that comes with the kit for ati 1800/1900 waterblock SP-A by alphacool the bolts are far to short to be of any use, im stumped for solutions!!! Any ideas?
