    Via Epia-M 10000 Nemehiah problem

I recently purchased a Via Epia-M 10000 Nemehiah and some memory "ideal For Epia-M Motherboards" (its veritech 256MB PC2100).

The problem being i have installed 2k on it and all the relevant drivers, VGA, 4in1's etc etc. When I try to change the resolution above 800x600 it throws up an error

Any ideas as to why it does this??

    Cheers

It doesn't like the memory your using.

*edit* after actrually LOOKING at your post its not memory at all. Try removing all the graphics drivers and reinstalling with the latest from the web sites. This is more likely to be dodgy 4in1 drivers.

Dodgy 2k 4in1's it was. I removed 2k and put good old 98 on it and installed all the relevant drivers, it worked.

well i am surprised that you could get the board running with those memory sticks.
I´ve had only problems with other memory than Infineon or Kingston.
