    What would you do?

I just received a broken powercolor 9800Pro (faulty ram) from OcUK that i am obviously going to rma. Assuming that they give me a refund, what would you buy?

Sapphire 9800Pro from komplett (obviously have to wait a month)
    Hercules 9800SE
    Leadtek 5900

Thx for all advice. I am at a loss as what to do.

Doub't they would give a refund. You will probably get another Powercolor card back.

But then that would invalidate warrenty. Unless, if i had to send it back, i put the old heatsink back on with the same thermal paste...

If you have literally just recieved it, cant you get a full refund under the distance selling act? assuming you dont open the replacement one or anything? i dont see them offering you a refund in any case, although it never hurts to ask.

Yeah, you can either have a refund or a exchange - but that does depend on the age of the goods.

Faulty items happen, Give them a ring and im sure they will sort it out

Well, anyway, assuming that i do get a refund, i am still stuck with what to buy. I am not going to keep my Rad 7200, that's one thing, lol.

Edit: btw i got the card about 3 days ago. So i guess the refund is possible.

Do you want a refund though, or just an exchange, because the chances are they will offer you an exchange first
