Really? Well I must be lucky with mine - Kingston ValueRAM PC2700 that can run at roughly PC3500 speeds (430DDR), albeit with timings of 11-3-3-2.5 (2.8v). I even have a stick of Samsung PC2700 with TCB3 chips (were the rage in early 2003) and they couldn't even get to PC3200 despite relaxed timings and 2.8v.
