Another vote for Western Digital. Great drives, great service and who doesn't love have raptors growling away in your PC.
Samsung

Was Maxtor, but not had the Samsung long enough to know how reliable it is. The raptor, apart from the noise is excellent, and runs surprisingly cool, even in a Scythe Quiet Drive.
western digital or samsung
prob samsung as one of my wd caviars in raid has started making some really nasty noises as of late and from time to time just stops during boot of windows and i have to restart
although this is the first western i have ever had fail
WD (raptor), samsung or seagate
IBM/Hitachi or MAxtors if im cheap-assing
Samsung, Seagate, Maxtor. Western Digital if they are on offer.
Hitachi all the way
