Yeah, seen an HDMI to Component cable in Virgin the other day. I am thinking of getting the Dell 24" purely for this purpose as it will serve as my main screen.

Cant you put HDMI into DVI-D with a converter cable, the screen does support HDCP.

I've not used mine for anything other than DVI-D, but so far they've been a good investment.
