The fans in my case are too noisey so i was maybe thinking of a fan controller to shut them up a bit or maybe turn them off when not gaming.
Can anyone recommend a cheap decent one not more than £15?
Cheers

I used the following fan controller, http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=385913.
It costs £8.67, controls 3 fans and has two usb ports. I've been really impressed with this fan controller. Good luck.
Thanx for that, i will check it out.
I'm not sure if you can turn off fans with the Akasa controller.
You can turn off fans with a Sunbeam Rheobus. One of the best controllers around IMO. Google for UK availability.
You may be able to get it for around 15 if you import from the US - www.jab-tech.com.
Sunbeam Rheobus is the only way tbh. Top class unit.
Ebuyer had a cheapo for a fiver
edit
here we go Coolermaster Aerogate
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/124870/rb/26692859471
Funny how they list "energy conservation" as a benefit of the coolermaster, like a couple of watts on the fans makes any difference compared to the hundreds of watts on an overclocked cpu or high end graphics card.
if the fans are old then dust may have worked its way into the motor and formed a paste with the grease. You could maybe get quieter fans?
I recently got this fan controller and it is excellent, controls 4 fans and allows you to turn them off totally if you like. I got the black one but the only problem is you cannot see the dial on the nob to see whether it is switched on or not, as I removed the LED's cos theyre so bright.
I used small strips of white stickers for the dials, but other than that it is an excellent fan controller.
Ok gonna check out some reviews on all of them, i just want to stick two 120mm fans, northbridge fan and my arctic freezer 64 pro on it.
