    hey scott i was wondering the same thing but i checked out the SD39P2 and it seems you loose one pci-x slot and gain a standard pci slot so im thinking of just going with the
    SD37P2 which you can buy right now and it probably cheaper although the 39 supports PC2-6400 ram...

    they both support 6400 ram these days, there was a bios update for the SD37.
