do ABIT have really crap USB?

I am gutted, I researched everything and got a brand new mini ATX nfm2 mainboard from ABIT, knowing full well that the last mainboard that I had from them had problems with the USB dropping out and low USB bandwidth although it was one of the most popular and recommended boards around. Especially for overclocking..

I've just bought a brand new mainboard from them, from a much more advanced chipset three years later, and I can't install my specialised audio USB hardware at all! It's pretty stable drivers and everything but the hardware crashes when it's loading....

changed the BIOS, BIOS settings, clock speeds, driver settings, installation sequences and reformatted twice...

I have to return it to ebuyer now !

I'm an abit fan boy admittedly, have had my last 6 main boards from them and I have never had any problems with them.

Have got 5 Usb devices in my core 2 duo ab9 pro board at the moment and often transfer files off my 1gb usb2 key and never have any problems, so not in my experience.

When i had my AB9 Pro, i had 0 problems with USB, now im on my Asus P5W DH Deluxe (Far better board) im having problems with front usb

No problems with Abits USB though :/

they use pretty much the same components as everybody else so there really shouldn't be much variation between others using same chipset etc..

on my n7s the USB do a prank on me a couple of times a week.....huhuh, I am USB, I am a prankster huhuh lol
