    It depends on what you're after from your fans, if you want silence I guess Sharkoon's, Akasa Ambers, or Vantec Stealths. And then on the ear ripping end there's always the one and only Delta fans lol.

    What about RAM? Is PC2-6400 right, too slow/fast?

    If you want to overclock it would be advantageous to have higher performance RAM, but it wont hurt regardless.
