When are the updated C2Ds coming out?

Title says it all really. I was thinking of getting one. Would the old ones drop massively in price as a result?

The latest I've heard / read is the following:

So the Quad Q6600 and Duo E4300 processors are coming in Q1 whilst the others (Duo E6420, Duo E6320 and Duo E4400) look to appear in Q2. We can see that the current processors drop in price too, e.g. the E6700 falling to the current price of a E6600 etc..

Then isn't there supposed to be another batch being released in Q3 for Bearlake running on a 1,333fsb?

For the past few years the CPU market has been fairly quiet and now we get a huge influx of them .
