Challenge: Build me the cheapest MB/CPU/Ram combo

A relative wants me to build a pc for them. All they want to do is use email and surf the web, nothing else, so the most basic of pc's will suffice.

I have a spare case (micro atx), with 250w power supply, 80GB HD, floppy drive, DVD drive, keyboard and mouse so all I really need is a motherboard, CPU(with HSF) and ram.

So the challenge is to build a pc that will run win xp home for the lowest possible price (less than £100).

    Any suggestions?

    Intel Celeron D 356 3.33GHz (LGA775) - Retail £39

    Total: £132

They aren't all the lowest end parts, you could get lesser ram and a cpu, but you'll only save around £20, these parts are a good bit better. It'll also run Linux very well, so that saves on an XP license and administration for yourself to fix every virus and crud.
