Connecting Case to Audigy 2

Just was rewiring my case today and was wondering if it's possible to connect my case microphone and earphone connections to my audigy 2? If it's possible could somebody tell me how or direct me to a link where it tells me how... Thanks.

Do you mean the sockets on the front of your case?

If so this should be possible but you may have to feed the cables out through a PCI slot. This is of course if you don't have the right connections to use the internal connections on the card itself.

Yeah, the sockets on the front. I think I have the right connections to hook it up to my soundcard as I previously had it hooked up to my motherboard. I'm just not sure where the connections go. Thanks.
