Shuttle PSU's (HIPRO on SK22G2)

Hi There

I have built quite a few of the sk22g2 shuttles, mainly as they are cheap, and bolt solid.

However the one crit i have with it is the psu, which whirrs quite loud i think.

It has two fans on it, both 40mm i guess, which are making the noise.

I know shuttle do the pc40 and pc50 psu (silentX) which would reduce is (the pc50 is 30db which isnt bad) however costs a cool £60.

Does anyone know of a few to replace the fans in the hipro psu, and hence save some dollar in the process? Or any other compatable PSUs which are cheaper and even quieter than 30db?
