hahaha.. Anyway, looks like a great chip to mess around with.. Bought my E4300 2 weeks ago, not really fearing the price drops (as I'd get 2 weeks of joy out of it!) but didn't really think they'd introduce something new that was that cheap and overclockable! I run my E4300 at 2.7ghz, which I'm sure would be easily obtainable with the new cpu. Oh well..

Now we just need a decent mATX for Intel Core 2 Duos

Was planning on X2 3600 and an Abit NF-M2 nView but I think I can wait a bit now
    Main - Intel Core i5 2300 @ 3.5GHz, 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM, Asus P8P67 Pro, Coolermaster iGreen 600w, GTX 480, Antec One Case

I was never that interested in the whole HTPC side of things, but if they keep coming out with cheap powerful components, I might as well have to take the plunge.. :S

On a side note, bought an alphacool res from ebuyer, turned up as B-Grade. Quick trip to saynoto0870.com and 10 minutes later I was off the phone with an advance replacement being sent out and a collection booked. Painless to be honest.

If the google offer is still on when they bring out the E2140 I will buy one to play around with or put in a second rig. Or ignore it completely and just go quad core.
