I'd ditch the northbridge cooler if I we're you and just stick a passive heatsink on there, that's what I did when I used to use the Reserator1 as the temps from the Northbridge with the waterblock and passive heatsink we're pretty much the same. Why not get the Zalman ZM-2HC2 HDD Heatpipe passive coolers?

Not sure what temps u'd get as you haven't listed what specs you will be cooling so temps will vary on which hardware you use.

The reserator 2 may do better, as there seems an awful lot for the R1 to cool, http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=470878.

Im lookin to Oc my Cpu and wanted watercooling cos its the better option. Its mainly going to be for the Cpu E6600, and maybe the Gpu whan I get my new 8800Gtx, is it possible to W/C a 8800Gtx safely? should I use something like the reserator 1 as its not going to be much that gettin W/C?

I doubt very much that the Reserator1 could cool the GTX and the e6600, let alone overclocked. I upgraded from the Reserator1 watercooling allinone kit to a custom watercooling setup which handles my overclock nicely at great temps with no noise.

Zalman are releasing a new resorator soon. Which should be capable of handling 8800 + Core 2 Duo. Might be worth waiting.

If it's in your budget then yeah. There is plenty of room inside the case, ample enough to enclose a watercooling system as I have done as many others. I've just recently replaced my Reservoir in my case due to noise issues, I'll upload new pics of the updated setup soon, currently dealing with my OS falling apart
If you're not fussed about noise then I'd suggest getting the V2000 case due to it's better ventilation and the fact that u can buy a pre-modded window side panel to which you can't for the Silent V2100 case, i've settled with installing dual 120mm clear fans to my side panel, sort of window, heh.

Wont have the problem of Resevoirs etc as the Zalman Reserator 2 Fanless Water Cooling System or the new Zalman sit outside the case, am I right on that? not sure as ive never used W/C b4, it will be a 1st

The Reserator cooling system is great for your first water cooling setup, it's very easy to setup, but tbh as long as you take your time with a watercooling kit and do proper research into it then you can rarely go wrong with it. The Reserator XT system does look nice and will probably end up allot cheaper than a custom water cooling setup anyways, only problem I see is it will be an external kit and I wanted a kit that would be fully inclusive inside my rig, no external attachments.
