do i need to update bios

should i up date my bios on my new nf7-s v2 mobo?

and is it easy if i do?

Yeah its very easy, there is a Windows-based program that auto-updates the BIOS for you, if you look on their site im sure it will tell you the program. Im at work at the moment and i cant remember the name of the program, sorry

flashmenu i believe, i prefer good old awardflash tho,i expect yours has bios d18 so there is not much point flashing as nothing has really been improved since then unless you want support for the nvidia overclocking thingy

i thought i might need it as i can't change the latency settings, only the 6 ones that they say. i.e. turbo, optimal, special etc etc.

seems there was loads of updates on the site and thought i might need them.

those features are the same in all the bios',select expert and you can set the latencies.
