A floppy Drive

More or less an identical system for my sons cept for the vid card it was a 6800GT. That ran on a 420 X-Eye Tagan with no problems. 22 amps on the 12 volt was more than adequate.

Thanks for the feedback.

To be honest, I'm pretty surprised that's anywher near enough, I know people who run far older systems (northwood, 9800 etc) and they use no less than 500W.

Anyway, surprised but happy, I won't have to throw away my PSU now.

This is something completely different, I am planning to buy these components to upgrade an existing system in addition.

those older PSU will probably not be as efficient as the one you have stated or a tagen
