Office WebCam Hardware / Software

Hi,

I am looking to set up a webcam (or proper camera) between an office in London and one in Stockport. We have an MPLS with about 2Mb bandwidth connecting the sites. All I have managed to find so far is a PolyCom solution which is the business but costs a small fortune. Can anyone suggest a top quality commercial or SOHO webcam and some software to go along that will offer more than the typical Skype / MSN video quality for a reasonable price?

Any help would be appreciated.
