Hello,
I've just received this card.
It has two male molex connectors coming from the graphics card, do I need to connect them both in order for the card to work and more importantly, be stable?
Thanks.

Two connectors on a 7600gt? What model is it? 7600gt is a mid range card usually without a molex. Check the manual I guess. Seems odd though, maybe you got a 7900gt or something?
Well,
It's an AGP card, so I gather the AGP slot cannot provide enough power alone?
It's this card:

The male molex connectors aren't on the card itself, they're a by-product of a single connector on the card.

yes that is how gfx power connectors are. One 6 pin connector into the card which splits to two molex..it's fine
So I must connect both the molex connectors...
And I'll have you know, back in the day, we didn't even have additional power connectors for our graphics cards ;-)

Trust me i know all about the old days
yeah connect both.
As this was one of the cards I was looking into for a friend, this little nugget of info is very useful.
Thanks Laze for bringing it up.
on a side not, any idea how much power this card pulls? in respect to other cards?
While power calculators are good for rough total pc numbers I've never seen data for individual cards.
It's a very efficient card. Don't know about numbers, but it'll be the least of pretty much any mid-range upwards card.

It'll be fine. DELL PSUs are good.
A little out of date, but a useful guide:
